BIRTHDAY  PARTY  CARDS

The giving of a birthday card is also an excellent time to help your child develop their own artistic abilities.  Making a birthday card for someone can be a fun and memorable time. 

 Don't be afraid to sit down with your child and teach them how to visualize a birthday card and then put on paper what they are seeing in their mind.  Lines don't have to be perfectly straight as your child learns to express themselves. 

Remember, your child is learning and developing in more ways than one; but the most important lesson the child is learning is that of learning to give of themselves! 

It's a great and wonderful life lesson!
